Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
• For hygine reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless defective.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after recieving the item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived faulty.
